Community Living Thunder Bay

CLTB has a volunteer Board of Directors to govern it. Its Constitution, By-laws, Vision, and Mission state this. The board manages Association operations. It delegates responsibility to the Executive Director.

The Association provides many services under strict legislation. The Ministry of Community and Social Services funds most services.

The Association is accountable to:

• people with a developmental disability and their families.
• the membership of CLTB
• the broader community
• Ministry of Community and Social Services (MCSS) and its service contractors
